Short description
BONKO Streamer sends a Mac or Windows DAW's master bus live to iPhone over local Wi-Fi. Load the free Audio Unit or VST3, scan its QR code, and hear the mix on the phone speaker people actually use.
Full description
BONKO Streamer removes the export-and-transfer loop from one of music production's most common reality checks. Producers load the free Audio Unit or VST3 plugin on a master bus, scan the displayed QR code with the BONKO iPhone app, and monitor the live session over local Wi-Fi. Version 2.1.1 adds Logic Pro and GarageBand support while retaining the one-click mono check for both DAW output and phone stream. Normal playback stays inside the user's local network.
The story
Built around the check producers already do.
Producers repeatedly bounce a mix, move it to a phone, listen, return to the session, revise, and repeat. BONKO turns that ritual into a live monitoring route without pretending the iPhone is a studio reference system. The phone is the point: it reveals how the balance translates to everyday playback.
BONKO Streamer is created by music producer and software maker Philipp Bednorz (Phil the Beat) with David “Daju” Bonk.
Next asset drop: final app/plugin screenshots, transparent device mockups, demo video, founder image, and B-roll are intentionally deferred to the promo-production phase.
